I love to look at snowflakes up close in order to admire the fine detail. I’m amazed at how they form on their own. So much can determine the final shape of a snowflake, like altitude and harshness of the weather. Even if the outside of two snowflakes look similar, they have a different chemical makeup. Each snowflake has its own journey. This piece focuses on the careful crafting of a single flake, and reminds us that each person has a unique journey as well.
